Completing the Report
Forms:
Because this is a form, it does not have all of the features of word-processing. You cannot format your text with bold or italics, and you cannot spell check! Functions work differently depending on which version of Microsoft Word you are using. (For example, the " Enter " key will take you to the next field in Word 6.0, while it acts as a line return in Work 97).
It is suggested that you compose and edit any large blocks of text first in a separate document and then copy and paste the text into the online form.
Note: The forms are protected documents.
The fonts and fields are locked so that they cannot be changed.

Forms may be completed on-screen, printed out and mailed to or hand-delivered to the Houma Regional Arts Council, P.O Box 3678, Houma, LA 70361 (7910 Park Ave., Houma).
